McKinney ISD

McKinney ISD is excited to host the MISD Summer Enrichment Camps again this year. These camps are conducted by MISD teachers for children completing kindergarten through 5th grade. A variety of camps will be offered for 5 weeks, June 2, 2025 – July 11, 2025. You do not have to be a resident of McKinney or a student in McKinney ISD to attend camps.

Summer camps are $109.00 per camp/per student. Refunds will be granted when requested by noon, five working days prior to the start of camp. Cancellation dates can be found below. A $25.00 Cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Campers must be fully potty trained and able to acclimate within a 1:20 instructor to child ratio.

Camp registration is for the grade level your child just completed, (i.e. If your child will complete kindergarten in May of 2025, you will register them for kindergarten camps.)

Summer camps will alternate between Minshew and Bennett Elementary from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. each day. Camp location and dates below.

Bennett Elementary located at 7760 Coronado Dr., McKinney, Texas 75070

Campers will be dropped off and picked up in the carpool lane each day. Drop off and pickup instructions/maps will be emailed one week prior to the camp start date.

Please provide your camper with a sack lunch/drink and a snack each day, M-Th. We will provide pizza each Friday (please provide your camper with a drink and a snack on this day). If your child does not want pizza, please provide an alternate lunch.

There are a few cooking camps each week where campers get to make and eat their projects. Please be advised that the ingredients used during this camp may contain the following: milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, and gluten. If your child suffers from food allergens, please avoid these camps
